Job Description

This role is responsible for Business growth carrying fundamental significance within our company. Prospecting to highly valued businesses and clients. You will be seraching for leads through varies channels, including databases, networking, cold email, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X. You will be working alongside our CEO and Sales team. This position is fully remote.

Job Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation
    : Generate a consistent flow of new leads for our inside sales team by identifying prospects in our targeted industries who may be interested in our service.

  • Product Knowledge
    : Understand our service and how it makes potential clients unreasonable for them not to succeed.

  • Data Management:
    Maintain an up - to - date record of all leads, relative information, and interactions within our CRMs (SalesForce & Lemlist).

  • Report Performance:
    Provide daily reports and updates on Lead Generation, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and feedback.

  • Market Research:
    Adjust lead generation strategies according to industry trends, and changes in the market to help you identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales & marketing experience.
  • Proven experience with Lead Generation.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing is prefered.
  • Must be open to a commission - only position . A base salary will be introduced after the probation period ends (1 month).
  • Must be confident and not afraid of hard work!
  • Must be open to a full-time position.
